A great start today. All activities were in motion.
I got to watch an amazing soccer game after drills. Lax majors were working on stick handling, speed and accuracy in shooting.
Hockey majors got their lockers and were on the ice. Coach Ward was out there observing and demonstrating different drills. I heard there was really hard skating.
The rink was the place to be today. This was the hottest day of the summer. Happy to hear it’s going to cool off this week.
At the lake one of our campers demonstrated a canoe over canoe rescue. He won the lily pad of the day!! This drill can be watched on U Tube. Very impressive.
Line up is before dinner. This is where the camp gets to hear “shout outs” The campers are applauded for their accomplishments. We heard quite a few today.
